My services kick off six weeks before your wedding with a sit-down meeting to hear all about your plans and nail down the nitty-gritty details. From there, we’ll build a solid schedule for the day and a clear ceremony agenda. We’ll visit the venue together to go over everything, and touch base a week before to tweak any last-minute changes. I’ll be at the rehearsal to ensure everyone knows their role and place, and on the big day, I’m there all day, keeping everything on track so you can enjoy every moment.

I’ll arrive early to ensure the venue setup is underway, decorations are coming together, and both vendors and the wedding party are on time. I’ll oversee everything to align with the bride’s vision, check in with vendors to confirm the schedule and clarify any details, ensuring everyone’s on the same page for a seamless day. I focus on keeping the bride stress-free by managing the timeline. The schedule is there to support us, not control us, so you can enjoy your day without worrying about the clock.

Once the bride is ready, I’ll ensure the wedding party is lined up and set to walk the aisle. I’ll cue the music, guide the party on their entrance timing, and make sure the bride’s grand entrance is everything she dreamed it would be. If there are special elements during the wedding I will make sure they are in place or arrive when expected. 

I’ll ensure the provided decorations match your vision and oversee the final setup to bring it all together. While I’m not the florist or primary decorator, I’ll make sure everything comes together as planned.

It is my goal to arrive to the venue about 30 min prior to the bride. I will be there the remainder of the day and stay on site to assist with tear down and clean up one hour after bride and groom‘s departure. The scale of the wedding will greatly determine the exact hours. 

Yes, take me with you! The fees will slightly change to cover travel time and expenses. I am willing to go most anywhere to make sure your day is stress free and exactly what you want! I highly recommend beaches and mountains.
