Without even seeing the venue until our big day, that didn’t stop Rachel from coordinating every moment of our wedding perfectly. Rachel went above and beyond her coordinator duties and took care of every little detail throughout the day. I would wholeheartedly say to any bride & groom-to-be, if you have Rachel, you truly will have the perfect wedding! She walks out her God given gifts, oh so beautifully, and we were so blessed by her on our day. 

A calming presence. Anticipated every detail. Unflappable. Graciously authoritative. Rachel made sure the day was lovely for our daughter and her groom as well as both families. I recommended her to a friend – Rachel just coordinated her second wedding for that friend’s family. What a blessing she is!

We loved having Rachel as our day-of coordinator! She was so helpful in helping to create a timeline for both the rehearsal and the entire day of the wedding to ensure everything had plenty of time, we never felt rushed, and everything got done the way we dreamed it would! As the bride, it was super important to me that I didn’t have to worry about a thing during the whole day, and she made sure that was possible; keeping everyone on track and in the places they need to be, carrying around tissues for tears all day long, and even helping me fix my dress when some last minute slip-ups happened. We love Rachel so much, and the care she used to deliver her services made our experience unforgettable.

Rachel coordinated my daughter’s wedding in February of 2023. During the planning, she was so helpful to ask all the right questions that we didn’t even know needed asking! It really helped bring peace to my mind knowing she would be there to make everything go smoothly… and she did!! On the day of, she moved like a silent ninja behind the scenes, making sure everything happened exactly the way we wanted it to. When unexpected issues would arise, she quickly problems solved, and I’m sure did that more than I was even aware of. I could not recommend Rachel enough!

Rachel brought the perfect balance of structure and flexibility to our wedding day. If there were any complications or schedule changes the day of, I didn’t even know about it (as the bride) because Rachel took care of it!! Additionally, meeting with her six weeks before the wedding day gave me so much peace and clarification regarding the order of events. She helped me and my fiancé organize things that we didn’t even think of, and was very considerate of what we wanted. She was an amazing communicator and made herself readily available for everything we needed leading up to the wedding day. Rachel’s work is very thorough, organized, and considerate. You must use Rachel to coordinate your wedding!! 

Rachel was truly an amazing wedding planner from the beginning to the end she had everything covered. Prior to the reception she went over everything with me and executed it seamlessly. 

During the wedding, she had everything decorated the way we discussed, all my vendors in place and executed it wonderfully. 

During the ceremony, there was no question on who went where, she had everything down to a science. 

The reception also went amazing as well, she had everything down from the drinks to the cake cutting. 

I would recommend Rachel to any bride. She’s very comforting and really reassuring.

Rachel is absolutely amazing and made the day go so smoothly! She handled everything perfectly & was on top of it! She is very responsive & great at communicating. She handled all the moving parts so well & because of her I felt stress free & the day went so smoothly!
